eBay is an international marketplace for all kinds of products, based on Auction or "Buy it now". eBay is currently mainly interesting for sellers who (also) want to offer products internationally, for example in Germany or the UK.
Orders are payed directly on eBay, and the integration places orders in your webshop. eBay's checkout model is based on placement costs and/or Cost-Per-Sale. This depends on your type of account, see for more info:
The integration sync's product-listings to eBay, including shipping policies, based on your chosen webshop categories & integration-settings. So product-listings are automatically kept up to date based on your webshop catalog & integration-settings. For supported webshop types, the integration will automatically place eBay orders in the webshop. In the case of a non-supported webshop-type, you can optionally use our ESS API to collect & ship orders (or in the eBay portal).
Integrations provide many functions & settings:
Developed by ESS employees, so that we can act quickly in the event of new developments or malfunctions on marketplaces or webshop. Very high value for money!
An expert from ESS will go through the questionnaire for the desired settings with you and take care of the initial setup. You can then view and adjust settings in our portal. ESS analyzes your webshop and has specialized systems and know-how to load relevant available article data. We also monitor the daily data collection and conversions to detect problems without you noticing. Quick response to questions by phone or email.
High-frequency product sync & order-integration for various webshop types. Robust automatic validation that checks whether the expected updates have been processed. ESS also monitors several malfunctions of your webshop and the marketplaces.
Optimised integrations are our specialty & core business: we are able to deliver most integrations within 1 working day, so you can quickly start a new campaign!
